A fresh start
Although it can seem like an arbitrary time to start—you could really pick any day of the year to do this—January 1 is historically the time of new resolutions, fresh starts, clean slates and newly discovered (or rediscovered) desires for bettering yourself.
As such, it’s practically required that publications participate in this annual cycle of rebirth, with articles and tips for developing healthy habits. Rounding this all out are some great recipe ideas, including ways to celebrate the culinary traditions of Lunar New Year, and some book recommendations from our book buyers.
