Spiked Eggnog Hot Chocolate

- 1 cup Kirkland Signature Traditional Holiday Eggnog Liqueur or Eggnog Wine Cocktail
- 1 cup whole milk or heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
Put all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk together over medium heat until completely combined, then stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the liquid begins to simmer. Remove from heat and divide between two 8-oz mugs.
Tip: Top with whipped cream, freshly grated nutmeg, marshmallows, crushed candy canes and any other desired holiday treat. Makes 2 servings.
