Creamy Pasta Salad with Grapes


  • 8 oz small shell or small fusilli pasta
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp lemon zest
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 2 cups Pristine green grapes, halved if desired
  • 1 cup frozen baby peas, partially thawed
  • 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.

Prepare the dressing: Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper.

Place pasta, grapes, peas, chives, dill and Parmesan cheese in a medium-large serving bowl. Fold dressing into salad, cover and refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
