Wise Owl Fruity Toast
Spread peanut butter or other nut butter over an open-faced English muffin or a muffin sliced in half. Decorate with sliced bananas, blueberries and hulled, sliced strawberries.

Nutty Monkey Bagel
Combine chocolate hazelnut spread with almond butter in a small bowl until smooth. Spread onto sliced and toasted bagel halves. Top with sliced bananas, nuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Berry Breakfast Toast
Combine ½ cup ricotta, 1 tsp honey and ½ tsp vanilla extract in a small bowl. Spread mixture on sliced and toasted crusty bread. Top with fresh berries, drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh mint.

Cottage Cheese Tomato Baguette
Scoop cottage cheese over a horizontally sliced and toasted baguette. Top with sliced tomatoes, a sprinkle of chopped chives and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cucumber and Tzatziki Hummus Naan Toast
Slather a generous amount of hummus on a mini naan. Top with sliced cucumbers, tzatziki sauce and fresh chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper, if preferred.

BLT Avocado Toast
Mash fresh avocado on toast, then top with arugula, fresh basil leaves, sliced tomato, a poached egg and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
