Awesome Avocado Toast

  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of bread, toasted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 oz prepared salsa
  • Cholula Hot Sauce, to taste

    Dice the avocado and mash to desired texture; set aside.

    Heat a small nonstick pan over medium heat. Add oil. Once the oil shimmers, crack the egg into the pan and cook to desired doneness.

    Spread the avocado over the toast; top with the fried egg. Sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste. Top with salsa and finish with dashes of Cholula. Makes 1 serving.
