The Best Lobster Tails Recipe
- ⅓ cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 lobster tails, cut in half lengthwise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Place butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once it’s mostly melted, add garlic, parsley, dill, Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Season the lobster tails with salt and pepper.
Place a skillet over high heat. Brush each lobster tail with the flavored butter. Place the lobster tails, meat side down, in the skillet; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the lobster tails over and baste them with the butter continuously. Cook for another 2 minutes. Flip them once more and cook for another minute or until the internal temperature reads 135 F to 140 F. Makes 4 servings.
