Scheduling
We guarantee minimum scheduled hours for full-time and part-time employees. We post weekly schedules at least two weeks in advance so it’s easy to plan ahead.

Competitive wages
Costco offers competitive hourly wages with regular increases based on accumulated hours. Tenured hourly employees receive additional compensation twice a year based on their years of service. Supervisors and managers also receive additional compensation for their leadership role within the company.

We are proud of the fact that the vast majority of our warehouse managers worldwide began their Costco careers in hourly positions. Additionally, the majority of our Corporate and Regional Office employees started in our warehouses (stores), depots, and Business Centers.
