About Costco Jewelry
Costco sells only finished jewelry. No loose stones or semi-mounts are available online or in our warehouses. The majority of our jewelry is available in either 14kt gold, 18kt gold, or 950 platinum, with some items being available in stainless steel and silver. We are unable to customize jewelry or metal preferences beyond what is offered for a particular item. Costco does not clean or resize jewelry. Some of the jewelry items offered online may also be available in warehouses.
Purchasing Jewelry Online
The majority of jewelry items offered online are shipped, insured, with items of $500 or more requiring a signature upon delivery to your home. Costco.com items are not available for shipment to warehouses for preview, prior to purchase. Gift Messaging will be made available during the checkout process. If you’d like to keep your purchase a surprise, consider choosing the Warehouse Pick Up option at checkout.
Each piece of jewelry sold online will be shipped in a package that includes the jewelry piece (which is in a secure plastic packet), and either a beautiful gift box or elegant pouch. Please note, that when a gift box or pouch has a stamp indicating that it was made in China, it does not mean that the jewelry was made there as well.

Yes, many online jewelry items are available for Warehouse Pick Up. This service applies to members only. Standard delivery time will still apply. Please note, only the bill-to credit card addressee may pick up the product, and valid state or government-issued photo ID will be required at that time.

No, Costco does not provide any resizing services. However, most rings can easily be resized by a professional jeweler. It is important to note that resizing a ring can affect the design. Sizing a ring more than one size, in either direction, is not advised and may void the return policy. In our warehouses we offer women’s rings in size 7 and men’s rings in size 10. However, online we have a broad selection of rings in multiple sizes.
Costco does not clean or service jewelry. We advise that you take your jewelry to a professional jeweler for alterations and maintenance.
All rings sold on costco.com have a guideline on how much they can be resized, which is listed under Product Details. Resizing a ring that is stated to be sizable, within the limits listed by the Product Details, will not void the return policy. Solitaire rings can be resized to any size and still be returned. Resizing a ring that has sizing limitations or is identified as not resizable, is not recommended and could result in a denial of refund.
Costco does not offer jewelry insurance. However, there are several options for insuring your jewelry in case of loss, theft or damage. There are specific insurance programs available that are designed specifically for jewelry, or you can contact your insurance provider for details.
