Important Delivery Information:
Orders placed prior to 10 AM PST will be delivered by 5 PM (your local time) after 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). For example: if an order is placed on Monday at 10 AM PST, the casket will be delivered by Thursday at 5 PM (your local time); however, if the order is placed on Monday after 10 AM PST, the casket will deliver by Friday.

Delivery is not available in all areas. Additionally, Acts of God, weather-related conditions, and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.

To facilitate delivery, Costco will provide your bill-to name, phone number, name of the deceased, and name of the funeral home to the casket supplier.

Caskets are delivered during normal business hours. You do not have to be present at the time of delivery. If the casket is being delivered to a location other than a funeral home or cemetery, the carrier will call for a delivery appointment. In this case someone must be present to accept delivery.

All purchases are subject to credit card authorization before your order is valid. As this may be a time sensitive purchase, please take the appropriate steps when you order by calling your bank to verify credit limit and make sure authorization goes through. Please double-check your information for accuracy. Credit Card holds or declines can delay your order beyond the stated delivery parameters above. Your credit card will be charged when the item ships.

State and federal laws prohibit a funeral director from charging handling fees for a casket supplied by another party. The moneys received by the seller for the purchase of a casket are not subject to state law governing money held in trust. The seller is not bound by state laws or regulations that govern funeral homes and cemeteries. The purchaser enters this agreement at his or her own risk. Costco.com will only accept a return of a casket due to freight or cosmetic damage from shipping. Please call 1-800-955-2292 for a return authorization. Caskets cannot be returned to Costco warehouses.
