Surcharges apply to all IMAX®, RPX®, ScreenX®, Premium Large Format, 3D and 4DX® films.
Luxury upcharges may apply at theatres featuring upgraded amenities and select top tier locations.
Tickets are not valid for special movie events such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, concerts and private screenings.
Regal reserves the right to change or add any surcharges without notice.
Ticket redemption via mobile app and website are subject to a convenience fee.
Tickets have no expiration date.
Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.
Do not make copies of the ticket; only the ticket scanned will be admitted. Duplicates will not be accepted.

Redemption instructions for eTickets
In Person
1. Visit the Self-Service Kiosk, Concession Stand, or Guest Service counter and provide requested showtime information.
2. Scan the QR code (one per ticket).
3. Select your reserved seating (if applicable).
4. Review the transaction details and receive the requested showtime ticket.

Online or on the App
1. Visit Regal Website or log into your Regal Crown Club account through the Regal App.
2. Select the desired theatre, movie, and showtime.
3. Confirm you have selected the standard 2D ticket
4. Input the 15-digit Voucher Code on the eTicket into the “Promo or Voucher Code” line.
5. After applying the promo Voucher code, you will see where the discounted ticket has been applied. (one per ticket)
6. Do not select type of ticket. Click Confirm Tickets
7. Select your reserved seating (if applicable).
8. Review the transaction details and confirm.
9. Your ticket will be emailed (website) or appear in your “Current tickets” (app.)

Redemption instructions for eGift Cards
1. Add your eGift card to the Regal mobile app and redeem for tickets or concessions.
2. For tickets, use the gift card as a form of payment within the app.
3. For concessions, must present the barcode for the cashier to scan.
4. You can also print this page and present at the time of payment at any Regal theatre location, Or present at the theatre on your mobile device via the email or the mobile app.
5. Can also be redeemed at Regals Website.
