How do I start using the Home Delivery Pharmacy?

Can I register additional family members?

Each patient must register his or her own account with a unique e-mail address.


What is the Home Delivery pharmacy's return policy?

Due to State and Federal regulations, the Home Delivery pharmacy is unable to accept prescription returns unless authorized by a licensed pharmacist. If you feel there is an issue with your order, please contact a representative at 1-800-607-6861 and ask to speak with a pharmacist. Any return that has not been authorized by a licensed pharmacist will be returned to the patient.


How am I to dispose of my unused medication?

Consumers can visit the DEA's website for more information about drug disposal, National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day events and locate a DEA-authorized collector in their area. Consumers may also call the DEA Office of Diversion Control's Registration Call Center at 1-800-882-9539 to find an authorized collector in their community. You may also reference the FDA's information on drug disposal.


How do I order a prescription?

I will be out of medication in two days, what should I do?

If you are low on your medication, please contact your prescriber and have them call in a two-week supply to a local pharmacy.


When should I reorder my medication?

Please order at least two weeks in advance of running out.


How do I obtain the status of my order?

View the status of your order by clicking Prescription Status on the Pharmacy Homepage.


Can I transfer a prescription?

The Home Delivery pharmacy only transfers prescriptions from other Costco pharmacies. If your prescription is at a pharmacy other than Costco, please request a new prescription from your prescriber.


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Please allow 1-4 days for processing once your prescription has been received by the pharmacy. After your order has been processed, it can be delivered to your home in 6-14 days. Expedited shipping services are available for an additional charge.


Why didn't I receive all my prescriptions at once?

To prevent a delay in your prescription therapy, we may ship your items as they are completed. At times, it may take longer to fill certain prescriptions. You will not incur additional shipping charges for split orders.


What forms of payment do you accept?

The Home Delivery Pharmacy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Costco Credit Card.


What should I do if my address, credit card information, or insurance information has changed?

If any of the information on your account changes, please update your Patient Profile.


How much will my prescription cost?

If you have insurance you will need to contact your insurance company for co-pay information. To view the cost of your prescription without insurance, use our Drug Directory Pricing Tool tool.
