This bacon-wrapped turducken roast is a unique and juicy product that makes an unforgettable feast. Our turducken roast is comprised of juicy turkey thigh meat that is wrapped in bacon and then stuffed with boneless, skinless chicken and duck breast within an Italian sausage stuffing mixture. There is no special preparation required. Each roast is pre-spiced and ready for the oven. Defrost in the fridge for 3 to 4 days and then it’s ready to bake. The 7 lb roast feeds up to 10. It is perfect for any holiday or special occasion with family and friends. Makes a great tailgate experience! Every turducken roast is totally boneless and packed with flavor.

Since it comes pre-seasoned, cooking is as simple as picking your desired method and following the instructions. The most popular cooking method is low temperature cooking in a conventional oven but you can also cook via a barbecue or a slow cooker/crock pot. The low temperature cooking method takes 4 to 5 hours to cook. Cook at 220 degrees for 3 hours, then turn up to 350 degrees for final 1.5 hours (until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees).
