The standard fulfillment of Costco Shop Card(s) for your installed project is by digital delivery upon completion of your project.

Digital Shop Card(s) will be processed and emailed to you within 7 business days of Costco’s receipt of your signature on the project completion paperwork. The email will be sent from Costco Digital Shop Card (costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com).

Alternatively, if you opted in for Plastic Shop Card(s) to be sent to your mailing address, please allow up to 4 weeks after signed completion of your project for the delivery.

Returns:
Special order merchandise, custom merchandise and installed merchandise cannot be returned or refunded after the expiration of your right to cancel period. This is an exception to Costco's standard return policy.
