We will attempt to deliver your floral order by the end of the day on your preferred arrival date, however, your order may arrive one day before or after your selected date.
Pick your arrival date from the calendar during checkout. Arrival dates are based on the farm’s availability.
Due to the perishable nature of this item, orders do NOT ship Friday through Monday. Orders only arrive Tuesday through Friday.

To maintain your rose petals, keep them between 35° – 75°F. Avoid extreme temperatures. The colder the storage space, the better. Avoid freezing the petals. You can place them in your refrigerator away from fruits and vegetables.

Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery.
Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions.
When selecting a date, please keep the following in mind: Your flowers will deliver on OR before your selected delivery date, if one was selected. Signature is required for delivery. Flowers are a perishable item and need to be cared for immediately upon arrival. Because flowers ship in tight bud form, please place orders to arrive 2 days in advance of your event date to allow for flowers to bloom. Saturday, Sunday and Monday delivery not available. To cancel or reschedule an order within 48 hours please call 1-888-620-8895, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm EST, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm EST, or email: Costco@vistaflor.com.
Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately upon arrival. Flowers are a perishable item and must be cared for properly.
