Schiff Move Free Advanced Joint Supplement, 200 Tablets Move Free Advanced is a glucosamine joint supplement that supports 5 signs of joint health: mobility, comfort, strength, flexibility and bone so you can do the things you love. As your joints get worn out with age, the nutrients your body produces on its own may not be enough to keep them from getting sore and breaking down. This is why it is important to get a little extra boost. Move Free Advanced, Joint Health provides that additional edge. As the joints get fortified by Move Free, they are better able to facilitate movement due to a smoother action inside the joint pocket. Suggested Use: Adults take two (2) tablets once a day with a meal OR one (1) tablet twice daily with meals.
